Facebook Profiles Predict Job Success

A new study by a trio of universities looked at how Facebook profiles predict job success.  “We came up with a Facebook personality score and that correlates with job performance,” said Donald Kluemper, a management professor at Northern Illinois University.  The researchers looked at five personality traits among Facebook users, including conscientiousness, emotional stability, agreeableness, extraversion and openness. The higher the Facebook personality score, the higher the job performance rating by supervisors.
