A whopping 84 percent of employees said they planned to search for a new job in 2012, according to a November 2011 online survey of more than 1,000 people in the United States and Canada by Right Management.

A new survey by Citrix (CTXS), the Fort Lauderdale (Fla.) company that designs technology for employees to work remotely, shows that many people sneak in other activities while working from home.  Yet despite all the distractions, telecommuters are actually more productive than their peers in the office, according to preliminary findings from Stanford University’s study of a Chinese travel agency.
