George Taylor

George Taylor is the Vice President of Finance and current Interim Executive Director at the Oklahoma Educational Television Authority, where he also serves as the Human Resources manager.

George holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business, and a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University.

Carol Sorber

Carol is the Director of Professional Development at PBS. In 2010, along with several highly respected talent management professionals, she co-authored "The Art and Science of Strategic Talent Management in Law Firms," a field guide of talent management best practices for law firm leaders and individual attorneys, published by Thomson Reuters.

Carol Farris

Carol is the current Director of Finance for Montana PBS in Bozeman. She is a Montana native and has lived in the Gallatin Valley for over 25 years. She holds a BS in Business Marketing, a Masters in Accountancy both from MSU-Bozeman and is a Certified Public Accountant. She has over 20 years of business and accounting experience practicing in the public, private and non-profit sectors. She serves on the Board of the YMCA, is active in the Monforton School and has served on numerous Boards and Committees over the years.

Megan Davey

Megan Daey is currently the Business & Information Manager at WGVU Public Media in Grand Rapids. Prior to working for WGVU, she served as the Vice President of Finance at Pitchfork , specializing in budgeting, payroll administration, human resource management, and account management. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Accounting from DePaul University.

Kenneth Brown

Kenneth Brown has been in public broadcasting for more than 18 years, with experience in HR and overseeing technical areas of IT and engineering. He also serves as a strategic senior operational leader at PBA.

Nicole Banman

Nicole Banman has served as the Director of Finance and Administration at Kansas Public Radio (KPR) and the Audio-Reader Network in Lawrence, Kansas, for nearly ten years. Nicole was born and raised in Kansas, earning her B.S. in Accounting from Kansas State University in 2006 and her M.S. in Accounting from the University of Kansas in 2011. Her entire career consists of work in the nonprofit accounting sector. Prior to working at KPR, she served as the Finance Director for an academic research department at KU Medical Center.

Brian Sickora

Brian Sickora is the executive director and general manager of UNC-TV, headquartered in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.  With four full-time digital program channels–flagship UNC-TV (PBS & More), UNC-EX (the Explorer Channel), Rootle (UNC-TV's Kids Channel), and the North Carolina Channel (Stories with a Local Accent)–UNC-TV's 12 stations make up North Carolina's statewide public media service, made possible through a unique partnership of public investment and private support.

Maureen Hughes

Maureen Hughes began her career as a CPA with PWC specializing in the ever complex health care industry. After six years, she transitioned to the corporate finance department of a very large NFP health care system gaining experience in mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, tax exempt bond issues, IRS and Medicare compliance and audits and more. Desiring to contribute her talents in a smaller, entrepreneurial environment where decisions are made more quickly, she served as CFO for several small/medium firms in several different industries.
