Carol Sorber

Carol is the Director of Professional Development at PBS. In 2010, along with several highly respected talent management professionals, she co-authored "The Art and Science of Strategic Talent Management in Law Firms," a field guide of talent management best practices for law firm leaders and individual attorneys, published by Thomson Reuters.

Carol frequently speaks at regional and national conferences on teamwork, talent management, employee development, and related topics. She MBTI® accredited and use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®, to help people discover their strengths, embrace their own and others’ differences, and improve their communication skills at work and at home.


Carol earned a Master of Arts in Human Resource Development (2007) and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts (1996) from The George Washington University, and an Associate of Arts from Phoenix College (1993).

Carol serves as an Ex-Officio member of the Board.
